Back at Freshwater Beach & putting little bit of weight :-(
Everest Marathon
Everest Base Camp & now at Freshwater little sorer but no Regret May this year 2014. I went to Everest base camp to try to do the Everest Marathon. The weather condition was not very good, we had 1 metre of snow fall in 2 days. On arrival to base camp it was hard to see & I slipped on the ice & re injured my left shoulder and back side. Overall I finished the race in 9 hours 42 minutes and I am happy to have finished since I've been hoping to do this since 1998.
All the competitors we are little bit sunburnt and tired but happy to finish the marathon. Great Race Great Friends Many thanks to the every on involved in organise the Race, Instructor Pasang, The Porters , Sherpa's & all the lovely people we meet on the way the weather Condition they were very pour, but you help achieve our goal Thank You
